5.3 Price Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any Orders placed at the incorrect price. If your Order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will notify you and provide a full refund for any amount already paid.
5.4 Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products available for purchase and to discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
6.1 Order Placement: When you place an Order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Products in your Order. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, errors in Product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
6.2 Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an Order, you will receive an Order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products and send you a dispatch confirmation.
6.3 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on our Website during checkout. All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise indicated. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6.4 Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current.
6.5 Taxes and Fees: Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your Order.
7.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within Nigeria. Delivery availability and costs may vary depending on your location. Delivery information will be provided during checkout.
7.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, and logistics partner delays.
7.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, the weight and dimensions of your Order, and the selected delivery method. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your Order.
7.4 Risk of Loss: All Products purchased from our Website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7.5 Delivery Issues: You must inspect all Products upon delivery. If a Product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect your ability to return the Product.
8.1 Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
8.2 Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in the same condition as when received. Certain Products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized items, intimate apparel, and digital products.
8.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team with your Order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the Product. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.
8.4 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
8.5 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
